1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of https://visawala.pk, operated by Visawala Pakistan of 226B Tulip Extension Commercial, Sector C, Bahria Town, Lahore, Pakistan. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this service is
Visawala Pakistan is a directory. We help you discover and compare independent visa and immigration consultants in Pakistan by city, visa type, destination country, services and ratings. You then contact the consultant directly.
What we do: we operate this directory, and we separately provide our own visa consultancy and travel services. When you use the directory to contact a listed consultant, that engagement is between you and that business — we are not a party to it and take no part in your dealings with them. Any consultancy we provide to you ourselves is a separate engagement, agreed directly with you.
What we are not: we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, and we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or government authority. Nothing published on this site is legal advice or a substitute for advice about your own circumstances.
3. No guarantee of any visa outcome
Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities. We do not promise, and cannot influence, any application outcome. We also warn you plainly: be extremely cautious of any consultant who guarantees approval. No honest consultant can make that promise.
4. Listings, ratings and verification
Listings describe independent businesses that we do not own, control or employ. Details — including services, addresses, opening hours, ratings and review counts — come from publicly available sources such as Google Maps and from agencies themselves. Information can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and we do not warrant its accuracy.
A Verified badge means the agency has submitted business details, such as registration and a physical office address, that our team has reviewed. It is a trust signal — not an endorsement, not a recommendation, and not a guarantee of competence, honesty or results. Ratings and review counts shown against a listing originate from third-party platforms and reflect those platforms’ users, not our assessment.
Always carry out your own checks before engaging or paying any consultant: confirm their registration and credentials, get all fees in writing separated from government and embassy charges, and never pay for a guaranteed visa.
5. Your dealings with consultants
Any agreement you enter into with a consultant is strictly between you and that consultant. We are not a party to it, we charge you no booking fee, and we take no commission on it. We are not responsible for the services they provide, the fees they charge, the advice they give, or any loss arising from your dealings with them. Disputes must be resolved directly with the consultant.
6. Using the site
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest or bulk-copy listings, or reuse our content commercially without written permission;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent listing information, or impersonate an agency you do not represent;
- post unlawful, defamatory or abusive content, or attempt to manipulate ratings and reviews;
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, or attempt unauthorised access.
7. Listing your agency
Agencies may apply for a listing through our listing form. By submitting you confirm you are authorised to represent the business and that the details you provide are accurate and current.
A basic listing is free. Paid placements — currently Featured (PKR 5,000/month) and Sponsored (PKR 12,000/month) — improve position and presentation. Paid placement affects prominence only. It does not influence the Verified badge, and it is not an endorsement. Sponsored and featured listings are advertising.
Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by [PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS — billing cycle, notice period for cancellation, refund eligibility]. We may refuse, suspend, edit or remove any listing at our discretion, including where we consider it inaccurate, misleading or harmful to users.
8. Reporting a listing
Every profile carries a Report Listing option. If a listing looks wrong, fraudulent or dangerous, tell us and our team will review it. We take reports of visa fraud seriously.
9. Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, branding and original content belong to us or our licensors. Agency names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Some photography is licensed from third parties and remains subject to its original licence.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from your dealings with any consultant found through it. Our total aggregate liability is limited to [LIABILITY CAP — e.g. the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or PKR X].
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. the Islamic Republic of Pakistan], and the courts of [COURTS — e.g. Lahore] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
